Kenny was born in Rochester New York and went to Elementary School at T.J. Connor and graduated High School at Wheatland-Chili in 1995. Then he went on to further his education at Pfieffer University in North Carolina where he graduated from in 2001. He attended Calvary Bible Baptist Church in Rochester for 28 years. Where he was a usher and a Sunday School Teacher in the fourth thru sixth grade classes. He has been a member at Open Door Baptist Church since 2013. He married to his wife Emily in August of 2019.

Some of the things that he is interested is firstly, like all workers at Northstar, growing closer to the LORD everyday. He strives to lead by example to each of his students. It's easier for students to see him walk the walk instead of voicing to them the way they should follow CHRIST! They always responded better if they see actions (footsteps) follow words. Coaching is another thing that drives Kenny and something that he enjoys and looks forward to each year. Anyone that knows him knows he loves following his sport teams New York Giants, New York Mets and above all NORTH CAROLINA TARHEELS!! GOD First, Emily then Family after that Tarheel basketball.
