Scott began his ministry career in 1991 serving as a youth group leader in his local church, and has served a variety of youth ministries for the past 30 years. After several years working in corporate R&D, personal financials services and corporate finance, in 2007 Scott was called to serve the Lord as first, a college business teacher, then as a full time high school teacher. He began his teaching career at Webster Christian School with a variety of subjects in math, science and business.

He has great passion to educate students for excellence, but even more so impacting them to seek a life pursuing the Lord and His unique plan for them. He strongly subscribes to the belief that every single student has wonderful gifts given by their Creator, and each student has the potential for great success, no matter what their background.

Scott and his wife Renee, current attend Grace Road Church in Rochester, NY and lead a community group, as well as serve in a variety of roles during Sunday morning worship. In his free time, Scott enjoys camping, playing golf, officiating youth soccer, basic woodworking and stock market investing. He and his wife are also fans of family and board games.
